Welding Machine Repair Service
We now come to your place of business in the Phoenix Metropolitan area to do welding machine repairs:
Field Service Rates: $75.00 per hour with a travel fee of $110.00.
If in our determination, the work is not able to be completed in one visit, depending on circumstances, the machine may need to be taken back to our repair facility. This will only occur if in the opinion of the technician it is necessary to effect a full and dependable repair.
The purpose of this service is to provide a service that can have your equipment up and running TODAY !!!
Routine Scheduled Maintenance
We now come to your place of business in the Phoenix Metropolitan area to do welding machine preventative maintenance:
For a $45.00 initial examination & maintenance fee we will bring your welding machine to full working order. Additonally for a $25.00 per month retainer you will be entitled to the following benefits:
Scheduled periodic maintenance, which would normal for the unit, exclusive of parts needed. This service provides inspection, cleaning, adjustment and gun liner replacement (if applicable).
Discounted labor rate for normal repairs on covered unit. A 10% discount on current labor rates will apply to each unit covered by this program
Circuit Board Repair
Because of the high cost of replacing printed circuit boards in welding machines today, we now offer repairs on these boards to assist our customers in saving as much as $300.00 to $1500.00 per board repair. This service is offered on a case by case basis as not all boards are repairable.
